Happy July! I'm not quite participating in Art Fight yet, but that doesn't mean I'm not drawing other people's lads... I especially want to get more confident in drawing my girlfriend's characters and sonas, because y'know, gift art. Here's a step towards that! Her squishy fluffy tiger sona Kapy whom I love very much~ >///>

I'm experimenting with a new eye thing! As in, I'm actually drawing eyes on the head, not just dots. I think it makes my work so much cuter, more readable, more expressive, more legitimate, really? I'm really liking these. It's a double whammy here because Caby normally gives tiger Kapy (as opposed to the housecat Kapy she's been doodling more recently) very tiny eyes, and I've been nudging her into giving her bigger, cuter ones for a while now. Figured I'd do it >:3c

This is a little messy, but man, proud of it. I think this looks adorable, gosh. Be on the lookout for more Caby sonas and characters and maybe some refs from me! I might yet still hop into Art Fight, that's the hope--but even if not, the gift art will continue!
