Long time ago.someone ever requested me showing how I draw some art.

ah..this is a bit hard to explain.
because you have to look at the draw as it is 3D and immagine if the light is here how the shadow it be.
you have to practice hard. X_X

Flash is the way to go. Looks professional, and you can blow it up infinitely large. Looks great!

working with bleed, he's a pain in the butt.
You don't like to draw on the regular photoshop anymore?
but that's a good method you do with the pink pen thing for making the white eyes...but couldn't you just makes a seperate layer and then just make the white, then merge it?
it seems like you did everything in one layer for the highlights and shading.

because flash can do all that in one layer also I can fix anything easy too! XD
that why I like to use flash more than Photoshop right now.

Okay, but... what about stuff like line weight variation? That's the thing that I find trips me up when I'm working on a computer, especially with vectors...
(I have a technique for it, but it's a very time consuming one.)
I mean, all this works and looks pretty good, but... it's exactly what I'd do if I was messing around with Flash for the first time, if you see what I mean? :/

hehe... i like to draw the 13~17 too! ^w^ Really nice picture! My mouse is not good for drawing by hand. So i usually use Pen instead of Pencil.

เราใช้วิธีปรับ พู่กันให้ใหญ่สุดๆ แต้ม ไปเลยทีเดียวน่ะ
แล้วจะไม่กลับมาวาดด้วยพู่กันแล้วเหรออ

Good method! I use a very similar way. you could try with "hairline" line-thickness too.
