THis one is a bit darker then normal. I spent 2 days on it. Have always wanted to do a painting of Conan's counterpart that looked like an actual barbarian woman, not some curvy waif that is passed off as a warrior because she wear skimpy clothing and carries a big knife. A barbarian woman would be lean, built, and not so friendly looking. Every bit Conan's match in brutality and sheer strength.Related content

yup, I always find it amusing when I see a thin looking actress with no muscles at all doing back flips and totaly kicking the ass of a man who defintly doubles her inΒ weight.
and in art as well, it's sometimes ridiculous to see huge looking weapons held by tiny frail arms.
this is a more suitable representation I think, she looks like she could wield a sword and do damage with it
