not bad , but me i would actually set the title bar fonts to be black and then imbed them in the text borders , for a very cool effect.
I do like your colour scheme though for sure.

As far as coding goes, ^thespook is supposed to code it for me (still hasn't arrived yet :/ ) so I would suspect it would be up to him to decide if the code will be available to the public.

This is just lovely. Someone else mentioned that you've made it a piece of art, which couldn't be more true. It's more than CSS and that really impresses me. I love the simple design and the inclusion of dA's greens towards the bottom. Good stuff. Many congrats!
