Kirk would probably be annoyed by the irreverent lawlessness of the other two. Reynolds would consider the Federation something akin to the Alliance (evil), but see Sparrow as something of a brother in arms until realizing that the man is a complete loon.

My fault entirely.
His is a rather unique facial structure that I found didn't lend itself very well to my style.
You see, I've never been much good at drawing *real* people from life before. Some people are easy because they already look cartoonish, but mostly it's just plain hard.
