Well, this is your typical landing party from the original Star Trek. From left to right you have Doctor McCoy, Captain Kirk, and Spock. And if there's any beaming down to be done, these are usually the guys who go. Minus a few red shirts, but they all die anyway.

I've been wanting to draw a picture like this for a while. Just a picture of the three together. These guys are just so awesome together! And they have a great friendship and connection with each other. It's been said before, and it'll be said again.

I wanted to try a sort of beaming effect, so that's what the golden "rays" are. I think they turned out OK. That's a phaser Kirk's holding in his hand. And McCoy and Spock have tricorders. Kirk does seem to be a little too thin. It's really hard to get hands and arms and elbows right where you want them, so in order for me to get his hand on his hip, Kirk had to end up looking... well... thin. Not that you would have noticed if I hadn't mentioned it, right? ^-^

And the background that you can hardly see, with the trees, is a picture from CzechAmericanRealEstate.com . *shrugs* You get interesting results from a Google image search. ^-^
