This shot is actually across the street from our place, but the majority of my shots are within walking distance, or on our property. This is what our whole valley looks like, we are surrounded by a wonderful mix of dense forest and pasture land.

We had two days of snow that just manage to give us 7 inches of wet heavy snow, then two days of warm rain melted it off. We got thousands of gallons in ponds all over, and the frogs are going nuts!

We picked up a little snow last night, winter is a bit confused, we had 4 weeks of warm weather now it is trying to get us!

Haha, it's a little odd here too. We've had some slightly warmer days during winter and apparently we're going to be blasted by cold weather again... The climate can't make its mind up!!
