I don't know what kind of camera you're using, but that pixelation is pretty bad. Either turn down your iso, get better film, or you've got a really low MP camera, in which case, hey work with what you've got. Noise can be used to your advantage, but you've got to plan for it. That means don't expect crisp, clear landscapes. You also appear to be out of focus.
Sky pictures are pretty cliche. They've been so overdone that it's more for a personal study of light than a serious work of art. There's only so much to the sky: Clouds, sun, blue. You've got to put in some kind of context to really make your picture stand out. It's better as an accoutrement than a subject in itself.
It's a good start, it just needs more.
