2015/8.5x11/pen and inkHere's a little tribute to one of my favorite 50's sci-fi flicks, The Day the Earth Stood Still. I love everything about this movie, from the acting, to the script, to the music, and the great effects and art design. Gort is such a cool looking robot. Simple, but iconic. Here is is using his eye laser to destroy stuff! Enjoy!
