Yah...not my best efforts of late. In the spirit of a poor workman blaming his tools, I'm having a terrible time getting used to the new scanner. Anyway, this was a birthday present for one of the Les Mis fandom's most talented authors, Marguerite - the title is from the final lines of her fic about Courfeyrac and Enjolras, "A Passion for the Absolute":[link]

Oh. Oh. I have such a weakness for pretty hair and you always deliver in that department. So thanks for that. Some artists provide me with certain happymaking things and the hair in your stuff is definitely one of those things, like the adorable little children in ~leochi 's stuff (She's really cool, by the way, and quite the artist, especially if you like Harry Potter which you probably don't. *shrug*).

Anyhow - I do like the way it looks. Once again, one can really feel the intensity between the characters. Also cause there eyes are closed, and the expression on their faces...

Cheers! I'm working with the settings now - at least I know where they are - so hopefully I can get it so the scans aren't so washed out that I have to adjust them in photoshop. Glad you like the pic!
