I often have Flash as Japanese, Soarin as Caucasian/native american, Fancy as French, Cheese as Caucasian(with some Canadian roots) and Mac as Caucasian/american.
I don't care enough about Caramel to give him a nationality.
And aside from Carajack(which I'm mostly neutral too) and Fancyty/Raripants(which I hate outright because Sparity is a thing) these are most of my main MLP ships.

I do like the idea of Fancy Pants being half Italian. Feels fitting, for some reason.
Also, Cheese is definitely Mexican. How else does a guy get hair that curly? I speak from personal experience, of course.
