This is very beautiful....and I also agree, he would not care how old he is...I am writing a fic at the moment, and it's called Predator and it involves Nu Jim and Spock Prime, so I am happy you drew this...makes me smile.

Spock may be 155+ but he still has a lil' pep in his step
Young Kirk can learn a thing or 40 from him. It's a very sweet and romantic pairing, less hawt and sweaty than de young Shpock and Kirk but I'm sure Spock prime keeps young Kirk on his toes

I think most people shy away from this pairing is because the Elder is so old and they can't have their sexy times with two gorgeous males, which is ridiculous. Spock Prime needs love too! In fact, right now this pairings makes more sense to me than Kirk with Younger Kirk, we'll see if the new movie or the game will remedy that.

At 23, I still think that Leonard Nimoy can look attractive and I think that Spock has the right to love younger Kirk.
You're right about it making much more sense that Kirk with...Younger Kirk.
Since we all know that Vulcan's age well past the human life span and Spock can too, it's only right that he would remain attractive.
And I believe that Love can surpass any barrier, be it age, sex or race.
I mean, it is the future. Things that may seem -unfortunately- taboo to society, today would be quite acceptable in starfleet. Why not?

I whole heartedly agree on the future part, that's why the new movie makes me want to punch someone at times. It's ridiculous how safe and hollywood standard it is. We are talking about a future, especially Star Trek future that was all about an 'utopia' that people could live happily and as who they find is best for them. Elder Spock and Kirk would totally have a relationship going on. I hope they at least mention the Elder in the new movie or I'll be pissed.

I was disappointed with J.J's first Star trek movie so I have small, tiny, microscopic hope for the next. *sigh* All I wanted was a little more Spirk. Is that too much to ask? NO!
And don't worry about the younger Kirk/Kirk/Spock thing. I'm always sleepy and screw up what I mean to say *yawn*
But I'm sure that somebody has made a bad Kirk/good Kirk slash out there. If it can be thought of, it can be done.
I've got some Fanfic/slash fic on Weyoun from DS9 but I have yet to write TOS. I love Spirk and Garak/Bashir. Also Odo/Weyoun.

I want to like JJ's movie and there are plenty of scenes I do enjoy in the movie... it's still a massive train wreck. JJ loves train wrecks, let me tell you.
To be honest, I would be fine without any relationships other than friendship, fans can make their own pairings like pro's, they don't need help for that. And seriously, if they had thrown some random SPIRK into the movie I'd probably flipped a shit. These guys did not like each other in the movie, hell, Spock tried to murded Kirk twice. Now that is messed up and it does not really speak to me as "Oh, man, that pointy eared bastard sure is hot, I'll have him now". Basically, I like my slash more than most, but this movie did not give much for us to go for. Hell, even the Spock Uhura moments were so badly done I'd like to punch someone, especially as this couple could have worked just fine if it wasn't just thrown in there "BTW, here have some hetero stuff, yeah!". Character development PLEASE.

Watching the original series, there was hardly any chemistry between Spock and her.
JJ pretty much messes up everything. I love the show "Fringe" but he's just made it into a total mess.

It's true that this paring is rare. I've only seen art on it from Matsutakedo and myself. It's painfully obvious that spock would love kirk,no matter his age.

I've seen Matsutakedo's Spock Prime/Young Kirk art, it's very cute, but I prefer a more realistic style- like yours. I've seen at least one other piece of Spock Prime/Young Kirk fanart, but it was not on deviantart.
I agree with you completely on Spock loving Kirk regardless of age, and I have to admit that I find the age difference in the pairing sexy
