- The white colour must be presence
- Only max 3 colours, white isn't included

I have two cockatiels and 9 budgies, not more chaotic when they aren't hungry. In the past I had more 10 cockatiels who wanted to make more noise everyday, hungry or not for them are ok while I was where with them HAHAHAHAH. :'D

haha yes cockatiels are really loud, i got a couple lovebirds once, that didn't last, it was way too loud lol
