That's an impressive load of work! Especially with that double celshading on each character.
What I love most is Flowey's error-like face like the one he gets before you meet Omega Flowey.

Yes, I've put more time into it than usual... thus procrastinanting from other drawings that I have to do for work. But I haven't enjoyed drawing that much since a long time - This fanart was my personal depression treatment.
I love that effect too, even though it was last minute-idea. I've spent more time on watching corresponding tutorials than on the glitching itself. 
(Omega flowey was one scary bitch.)

To be honest, I did not think about Temmier. I only encountered them on my neutral run and somehow managed to completely avoid them on my pacifist run. xD Let's see if they're still there at all on my current genocide route...

I never played the genocide route, (and never will) but in both my neutral and true pacifist routes had temmie appear a lot. o.o wonder why she never showed up for you...

Really like the composition; nice idea with Flowey being glitched out, makes him stand out, which kinda fits given that he is the only malicious character in the image.
And, of course, the annoying dog completely disregards gravity (or any other rules for that matter, lol).

I had the idea to make Flowey glitchy very late, and I had to check some tutoriels (pun intended) on that matter. But it really adds to the picture.

Es war vor allem eine super Ablenkung zu dem, was ich eigentlich hätte zeichnen müssen. xD Aber ich war lange nicht mehr so motiviert an einer derart zeitaufwändigen Zeichnung dran. My Mojo's coming back, baby! (Und es tut manchmal einfahc gut, Fanart zu zeichnen.)
