Almost forgot to post this here! A few weeks ago, I created a small mod for Skyrim Special Edition that significantly buffs carry capacity in werewolf form and drew this picture to accompany it.You can get this mod here:

I can easily imagine that werewolf howling in triumph the moment he lifts that boulder as high as possible, his arms fully extended and his legs straight.
