This is an amazing work of art that beautifully depicts the dragonbirds in fantastic poses! Your bird artwork is some of the best I've seen on DA and it certainly doesn't disappoint here. The anatomy, feathers, and colors are spot on and look very well researched. The dragon rider is nicely done as well, and you can tell he's got a lot of personality and bravery to be capturing a creature of this size and ferocity. The sense of scale and design have also been well thought out since this picture reads very well as a dynamic illustration.
If I were to offer one bit of advice for improvement, I'd suggest varying the thickness of the outlines. If they were a bit thicker in the dark areas and thinner in the more detailed areas, the illustration would have even more life to it than it already does. Once again, you've created a fantastic piece. Keep up the fantastic work!
