I rewatched “Free Willy” today for the first time in 15+ years and OMG the nostalgia!! I was reminded why orcas have been my favorite animal since age 4 or so, and it was nice -in a kind of sad way- to see Keiko again. (I don’t remember the movie being quite so corny, though…)
Naturally, I needed to paint an orca afterwards.

It is very nostalgic.
Every time I watch Free Willy, I remember that orcas are one of my most favorite marine mammals. I do not go and paint them though.
