These appear to be concept designs of GDI troops.The weaponry bears some resemblance to the Heckler & Koch XM-8 Battle Rifle, and the system as a whole shares some striking comparison to the U.S. Army's Future Force Warrior program.
As a reference, the U.S. Army's Future Warrior program is the closest comparison to Tiberian Sun's concept of a future soldier.
Note the assault vest on the left and the body armor on the right.

I loved the designs of Tiberian Sun the best, because of the futuristic concepts. When they got to C&C3, they were throwing back to the 20th century, though the designs were fine.

kwl. the left hand trooper looks a little more customised, perhaps due to the magazine packs on his hip and shells on the shoulder. the one on the right has cleaner lines, but the suit looks plastic and a lot less comfortable/maneuverable.

left might be an assault vest, and the shells could be small-caliber tube-launched grenades
note the pistol on the soldier on the right as well
