Third project I liked from school this year. I spent a decent amount of time on it, but at least it wasn't as monotonous as the grid drawing. Our assignment was to find some motif of design, or a particular artist or something like that related to our particular majors. Then we would have to put that into a 2d design format that we can stick on the wall. Since I'm a Media Arts & Animation major, I looked for something animation-y, so I looked through some stuff and found animator Don Bluth. He made The Secret of NIMH, All Dogs Go To Heaven, The Land Before Time, etc. etc. So I made this design thingy about Don Bluth with Mrs. Brisby from The Secret of NIMH.This thing is made from a variety of card paper, textured paper, and bristol, along with some inkwork that I put on Mrs. Brisby. So, yeah, thats it.

Very cute! The design looks very sharp. I could see Bluth sitting in a chair being interviewed with this as a big poster behind him.
