With the stars at the top, I get quite a sense of movement. Almost like the swish of glitter.
I get a good feeling from the transition of colors, cool to warm as the image progresses.
The middle area gives me a sort of time lapse photography feel, car headlights, dark road etc.
The cirsles bottom right have a sort of high contrast scan feel to them.
All elements work well together. Just trying to work out what the blurred writing on the left says.

This is quite different. At first, I don't really know what to say about it, other than the fact that I like it. But I can't leave a comment ending like that, now can I?
I think what interests me about this design is how chaotic it is at the bottom, and how it quickly becomes much more calm with color and smoothness at the top. It's not just the contrast of the colors, but also the contrast of the emotion the halves of the design give off.
Nice colors chosen for the top section, and while I have no idea what that mess at the bottom is, I'm intrigued by it.
