So here's Pinita's mate, a little more well defined. I don't really know what compelled me to name him Tristan, it's not the most fitting name for him, but it stuck, and soon I couldn't think of him as anything but.Not as elaborate of a sheet as the for Pinita, but it'll do.
And I broke my promise to myself to not use digital stuff for the next several drawings, but when it comes to a character sheet, using solid colours to give an idea of what the character looks like is more helpful than the more nuanced colours of pencils.
And lastly, I told someone (Andrew) the next thing I was going to draw wouldn't be fox-related. I kept my word, I just didn't post the drawing. Ha.

I based that on a photo of a fox eating blackberries that's in one of my fox books. It just seemed like such an innocent and cute pose.

If I see a red fox, though, how will I know if it is Tristan?

Well he's a fairly bright red, but that's not terribly unique. Then again, neither is the rest of his appearance, but that's how I wanted him. He's a main character, but still just another fox.
Personality wise, well, he's a bit meek, but I don't want to go into too much detail, as Pinita and he are part of a story, and saying too much might give stuff away.
