They don't look like slaves to me more like worshippers. They enslaved themselves to this monster. WhoΒ
i think will eventually kill them for weird experimentations. Thats the vibe i'm getting from this work.
As you can see they are bowing to him almost in worship. I can feel his pleasure in the fact that they do notΒ
know that he will eventually use them up and throw them away.

The title is "Robot and Slaves" and that's all I initially saw them as, I like that you formed your own interpretation independent of what the artist intended.

I try not to take the title name for what it is
because the art itself may portray something deeper
something hidden. That the artist had seenΒ
though we as viewers are tasked to find theΒ
hidden meaning in the art itself.Β
As viewed:Two women; A humanoid robot(who could be any gender) What theyΒ
wore,had the resemblance of what a catholic nun would wear.
Β It should not be interpreted as sexual
rather carefree and loose. A certain air of freeness. We tend to seeΒ
perversion and sexual intent but not considering the setting:
Dismal,with an apocalyptic overtone. In such a worldΒ
were one might dress to the standards of our own

They subjected themselves by bowing

leaving. The creature seems delighted by the worship and

His arm are like blades no warmth found in them to grab

His desires seem more sinister then master and slave. I can infer when ever he so chooses
their deaths will be painful.

I love how this one picture can provoke such deep conversations on it's presumed meaning. A wonderful piece of art indeed!

While this is a beautifully-drawn piece, I do have to wonder why the slaves (both female) are wearing things and not much else.Β It's not like a robot has sexual urges, especially toward non-biologically-compatible humans o.o

This is a masterful piece of art, but I find myself incredibly disturbed by it. Obviously it's a common male fantasy to have beautiful females be slaves or otherwise worshiping a male/male-like entity. But I find myself wondering why so many men like seeing women being enslaved by monsters. I wonder if it's because men wish women would accept and cater to the monsters inside of them.
The answer, by the way, is no we will not.

it is pretty interesting to consider. there's also the whole thing that men tend to, of the majority, like porn and have a much bigger sexual fantasy.Β
i've always wondered about this though, since while women could be just as dominating as men and that matriarchies have existed-- most of history had a male dominating force. i mean for the longest males always thought they were better than females and that attitude persists even today, albeit perhaps more vaguely. gender labels are just one part of that persisting concept.
i wish i could conduct a worldwide social experiment to compare, but alas, i'm just a weak mortal. XD

Exactly, that's the point I really wish more people would get. Yes, it's POSSIBLE for women to be just as violent and ruthless as men. But in reality, which sex actually commits the vast majority of violent crimes? People are always trying to find a way to make it seem like it's 50-50, but all you have to do to realize it's 90-10 is to open your eyes.
