Bigger head and jaws woudl look more like a hyena. But that would make difficult to look coward, like this one does.

After seeing this zoomed in image, I've decided the Monster Manual needs more of these types of images, but they take up almost an entire page. It would be so awesome to have half or more of a page dedicated to the image of the creature, then the rest could be stats. And then, we can easily cover up the stats while showing the image to the players.
