Description

With the launch of the Pokemon Trading Card Game for Game Boy Color relaunched on the 3DS Virtual Console, I thought it only fitting to redraw the art for the promo card that came boxed with the original game.

A great semi-rare card, back in the Wizard of the Coast days when promos were more than reprints with alternate artwork, they had quirky attacks and bizarre art more for the collectors than for playing with. (Boy does that make me feel old) (´･ω･`)
