Intrigued by the new Rotom formes, unsure whether I like them or not at the moment. ^_^This one can learn moves like Hyper Voice and Chatter.

actually...a microphone doesnt produce sound...so the moves Hyper voice and Chatter are not really logical...but speaker form would be cool

A microphone amplifies sound, and if the microphone is really a ghost with a voicebox... It would be able to use the moves Hyper Voice and Chatter. A microphone couldn't make the sounds, but the ghost could make the sounds.
