This has been on my mind while I was working on the custom liveries for Tillie, and the other engines from The Little Engine That Could. The orange lines as you can tell are borders for all of the towns on St. George Island, named after the St. George's channel between Ireland, and Wales. Purple represents hills. The darker the shade, the higher the hill. The yellow line going from Owensville to Basic is the Eagle Branch, where filming for The Little Engine That Could occurred in 1991. The M is the place where Jebediah makes his milk deliveries. From Basic to Weston, you'll see a red line which represents the main line. Top Priority here is given to passenger trains, including the Weston Express. Freight trains go to St. David's Station without stopping. All passenger stations are represented by circles. The blue line is the Rosslare Subdivision which brings freight to and from Rosslare Depot in Little Ireland. There are other depots for freight trains that have cargo for other parts of the island. Only one passenger train runs on this line, and that is an express that runs between S.D Station, and Rosslare Depot.

The star in Owensville is the Headquarters for Universal Lines. This is where the main roundhouse, train yard, and repairs are located, as well as a station for passengers. The squares on the Eagle Branch, and the Rosslare Subdivision are for locals. They only run once a week. St. David's Station also has a roundhouse, and repair shop for engines. This island maybe a part of the United Kingdom, but the majority of people, and machinery comes from America. Fifty-two men from New York, and sixteen more from Rhode Island built this entire railroad from 1968 to 1970.
