As a result of the New Year's party, things tend not to be where they are suppose to be...This is a requested cover done for one of the most blatant abuses of the title space of a story, If you end up sandwiched between your sexy wife and her sexy changeling lover every night, do you buy a bigger bed or your own? by TheWraithWriter . "Shining Armor doesn't mind Cadance and Chrysalis being in a relationship. Really, he doesn't. What he does take offense to is them making sleep in his own bed impossible. Shining has to come to terms with what's happening as he questions if his wife still has feelings for him. And as he questions Chrysalis's feelings for him. And as he questions the maid's intentions. And as he questions his feelings for his 'daughter'. And as he contemplates either buying a bigger bed, or one of his own.

I'm with Ardashir that they'd get along pretty well, since in my headcanon Aphid and Skyla are sisters. Though with Aphid, the idea is that while it may be revealed she's Chrysalis' daughter, I never really planned on her being Shining's biologically too, rather than the Crystal Couple simply found her and adopted her. Say Chrysalis is Jor-El and they're the Kents.
And that begs the question, do you think SA and Cadence knew all along or at least for a long time she was Chrysalis' kid or they find out at the same time she does?
It also has Imago thrown into the mix, and given her attitude, she'd probably not get along with them; with Aphid and Skyla being her "sworn enemies" (She likes to be proper 'villainess' like that) and likely Despising her sister Pupa for getting attention and adoration from their mother.

I know, but there seems to be a lot of guys out there with the hots for canon Chrysalis. Some fanon version of her who's more of a jerk than out and out murderously evil, I could get -- but the one we saw in the show? Who was willing to let Cadence die of starvation if not at Twilight's hooves; who mind-controlled and abused Shiny at the very least; and was ready to destroy Canterlot? Some people have odd attractions.

Fans will always be willing to look over things like kidnapping, mind control and genocide when a villain's charismatic enough. And on top of that, Chrysalis is a character that is very easy to sexualize, particularly in anthro.

I can see them suspecting simply because Chrysalis was the only Changeling they 'knew', so if they ever asked who Aphid''s mother was they'd have thought of her. Though at the same time they may have dismissed it as 'She's too pleasant a child to be Chrysalis' demon seed.'
