So! This is a (extraordinarily belated) birthday gift for my friend, elyonblade. He requested Applejack and Crysialis doing something, so why not show Applejack doing what she does best by wraggling some changelings?

Kind of unrealistic, though, that Chrysalis is getting her flank kicked by an Earth pony like Applejack, but it's still pretty cool.

The way I think of this is that she just sneaked up behind her and lassoed her to keep her off balance to buy her friends a little more time. Certainly nopony can take on Chrysalis by him or herself, apparently not even Celestia.
