Background/Biography: Juliette comes from a lower-middle class family which has sacrificed a lot of their money for her to be able to attend VBA. She was mostly raised by her half-sister (who is older by 14 years) because her parents had to work several minimum wage jobs to not only support themselves, but also to save enough to afford schooling for her. Her half-sister was able to attend VBA through her father (a former teacher), but since she had a different father, her parents had to work that much harder to afford her schooling.
This is he reason she studies so hard, despite actually hating it. She does not want this to go to waste.
