Caran D'Ache pencils on paper.I am in love with these pencils- they are so wonderful to use, though they cost a pretty penny...
I absolutely love how this one came out- on the actual drawing you could clearly see the details and the softeness of the colors... unfortunately, no matter what I did the colors would not come out the way they actually are DDDD:
I really need a good program ><
Ah well... I guess it's alright anyway...

It's Kirara, Sango and Sesshomaru.
One of the most awesome pairings, IMO.
A happy pic, with bright spring colors(I love the colors green and blue toghether- purple with 'em too). Hope you guys enjoy!
Allow me to pimp an awesome, awesome fic called Soledad by Thunk. It's a Sango/Sesshomaru fic. The characters are so IC it amazed me, and I'm fairly picky with fanart and fanfics.

Every once in a while, I'll skim deviantart with my fic names to see if any new fanart has popped up that I missed. And look what I found!
I haven't seen any with her and Sesshoumaru as a dog. Your drawing is beautiful. I LOVE the vibrant colors you used, and how bright Sango's personality is in this picture. The way her kimono is folded is very natural, and I really like how you did her hair, and the highlights in it from the sun. Even her hands have the utmost detail in them.
Kirara is just adorable, there, nesting on top of Sesshoumaru's head. But I love Sesshoumaru in this picture. His dog form is so stunning, and it's so sweetly done here. I like where you added blue shades to his eyelids and fur. And he seems so at peace with his inner demons here, kinda how the story ended. It's perfect!
The whole picture screams springtime, and an overall vibe of being content. It's absolutely beautiful. Can I put it on my dusty old, neglected website?

Oh wow, you really got what I was trying to do and that really makes me happy. xD
I thought that contentment, peace and happiness was really the best ending for especially these two, and toghether I find it a very compelling way to reach such an ending.
I even have one with him in human form but I haven't colored that. xD
I appreciate your comment and especially your fic- I've read quite a few and none can compare quite to yours. Soledad is so well rounded and has a true (amazing) development, and a vibrant storytelling which is difficult on it's own right. I was incredibly impressed- somehow I've wished you wrote more of their adventures inside and outside the Shikon, just because of how good the story is, but it really is perfect the way it is. I'd be honored to have you put up my work!
