My own take on the semi-legendary Megatron/Shockwave rematch with added sillinessEdit August 2013: Once again, the masterful Inflatable Dalek promoted this pic on his excellent Transformers UK blog, so thanks for that, Stu. Go visit his site: thesolarpool.weebly.com/1/postβ¦

The fight or Shockers' cheap shot?

Well, Megs fought Shockwave at least twice in the old Marvel comics and that was the inspiration for my pic. The second fight especially, it was really cool and went to a standstill when Soundwave told both guys they were acting like fools. Shockwave won the first fight easily but Megatron was badly weakened.
There was no nut shots though

Okay. Β I should check if they ever fought in the shows like in the comics.
It's okay, there was at least one in Beast Wars and probably one in Transformers Animated. X3Β

This must be the way, how do the villains "cooperate" with each other.

Pretty impressive! For some of those matte black areas I would use a bigger, softer pen. Pigma has these brush pens that are clean and look very nice. The line shading is pretty good, but those solid blacks look very scratchy and a brush pen would definitely clean that up.

Brilliant, thanks for the tips! I'm using up the pens I've currently got at the moment but I totally agree that a softer pen would make sense for larger areas.

Definitely. Also, I think the panels make enough sense that you don't need arrows either.

Thanks, I was torn on including those. I don't intend to do so in the future unless they're really necessary.

I also drew the picture with one eye closed. It was a hard picture to draw.
