My little girl prefers Season 1 too (I'm guessing you're not talking about the original 60s show?). I love Season 2 though ... like George himself, it's like its predecessor on steroids. I love Ursula as a totally unpredictable character who flits between ally and adversary from episode to episode. I love Dr Chicago as a villain. And I love Ape with an English accent. His voice actor's Canadian ... for some reason, Canucks do better plummy British accents than us Brits can.

That name switch was totally upsetting me, but despite that, I also love Season 2. Dr. Chicago is the villain from the 1967 Cartoon. But don't get me wrong on Magnolia, I like Linda Ballantyne, but that role isn't right for her. She sounds like Sailor Moon living single for the rest of her life (which ironically she was the third voice of Sailor Moon)

It's quote from one of ProJared's videos. His Hydlide video to be exact. In the video he tells us about the protagonist, Jim the Knight, and one of the game's objectives, which is finding three faries. One of the faries is found in a random tree in a nearby forest and you just have to touch the tree, but if you touch the wrong tree, bees will come out and attack you and most likey kill you. He shows a clip where he touches the wrong tree and goes on to shout "BEEEES! AHAHAHHH!!! Oh my god, oh my god OH MY GOOOD!!! *blegh*" followed by him saying "Jim the Knight, killed by bees..."

Ha, thanks! Yeah, my daughter loved it. She even did her own take and improved on my version by adding in Magnolia and having George smash his head against a tree trunk and seeing stars.

Yeah, I love the new show. My daughter prefers the first season, not sure why. First season had Tabitha St Germain but that's the only plus. Season 2 is totally surreal at times - that episode where George spent almost the whole cartoon with his head and body separated, for example.

I think, since the show had Tabitha St Germain in it, she must have seen my little pony where Tabitha voices Rarity and Nightmare Moon. For me, though, the best thing about 'George Of The Jungle' is George screaming at the smallest thing. He spends a big proportion of every single episode screaming like a girl.
