With the hair falling on the eye, it could be, like, a singer in a goth band or something
Also it's the first b&w pic of yours I see, I like it, nice focus

Excellent. I like how you've composed it, i would have been tempted to capture more of the head bu ti think that would have been wrong, you done a great job here. Works well in B&W too!

First when I looked at the thumbnail, I thought this was a horse. Then I decided it's a dog.
Dammit, it's some kinda goat. Alpaca, umm, neverheard
Great photo anyway, and that hair is so 90's !

my family once thought of raising alpacas--but instead we got one horse.
good pic--I like how you chose to do it in black and white.

Animal I have a lot of fondness for, have to say. Saw many whilst off travelling, there's also farms in the UK. Good capture.

Stunning detail - the hairs are incredibly crisp / sharp. I can see the similarities between this and a regulation llama, but the nose seems to be a bit rounder. I can't find a good photo to compare the two either
Great photo - fun, and like you said a break from the landscape work!

Dear me, that's a fun lookin' animal. Thought it was a dog at first, actually. It's a very well-composed photograph. First off, black and white was a great choice... it shows the texture of "fur/hair/whatever-it-is-on-an-alpaca" quite well. The narrow range of focus also takes out a lot of unwanted distraction. I think I want one for my apartment. Are they legal in the states?

woohoo! Alpaca! They're awesome! *pets it* Great shot, I didn't think an Alpaca would sit there for you to take a picture that close.

Was this more like a square before? Any how druk, I like it alot..really glad you went monochromatic with this one..gives it more depth, I think. Again, the hair is awesome, my favorite part of the image..the tones are great..and very nice call with the shallow depth of field..wonderful! Always a pleasure to view your work.
Take care.

I like the focal point and the contrast between the black and the white. It's even so detailed to see those little pieces of dirt on the hairs. Amazing. I really love all the hair in the eyes, poor creatures, you wonder what they are thinking as their vision is blurred by their long hair.
