I like the composition, but the anatomy, namely the finger, looks a bit weird.

It looks really good, but I think the crosshatching could be a bit better. It doesn't seem to follow the contour a lot of the time.

The close up of spidey's fingers, with the entire hand included, makes me think of those xenomorphs (aliens) from War of the Worlds-specially with the roundings on the edges of his fingers

...Well did the wall fall on the floor then? If he was crawling up a wall, you'd see a birds-eye-view of the roofs on the buildings in the background, not the buildings themselves. And I can't make sense of the dangling spider, lol.

Stunning perspective, it's so hard to find a good piece of traditional art with such perfect forshortening. The detail in this is incredible. What are you doing on DA? Go work for Marvel!

Here is the constructive critique you wanted:
The coloring is a little better in this piece. I also see that you have some highlights going which add some depth to the piece. However, it looks rather generally placed and is so softened that it makes it rather timid. Don't be afraid to use stronger more defined highlights, at the very least if they become to strong you can always blur them out to your liking.
