Here is the constructive critique you wanted:
The coloring seems a little simplistic and flat to me. The shading and the color could be brought out so much better by using on layers, lowered opacity and it's complementary color. Using a layer just for highlights as well would add so much depth to it.

Good Stuff: The cape. My god, it looks menacing and alive and the design of it is fantastically done. Beautiful work there!
Not So Good: Your anatomy... from the other pictures I looked at it's a general weakness in your works. In this one the cape steals the attention so thoroughly that it took me a moment to realize that his arm makes no sense at all. His shoulder could conceivably be that wide, but if that's the case then you've got a fat midget's arm on a giant. It's clear that the cape is supposed to be the main focus of this piece, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be laying down a solid anatomy drawing first... It's easier to add bad-ass flourishes and cool effects to a proportionate figure drawing, rather than trying to stick a leg in here and an arm there as you go along.

Very nice, but it's a bit hard to tell the detail apart given all the bits of fabric and the darkness of the image. Is that his arm next to his chest? If so, I think it would be best to always make sure the chest is smaller and that the arm reaches to the top of one's thighs.
