The lineart here is really strong, although I wonder how close to the Angel Medina piece that apparently inspired this it is... very cool use of foreshortening to lend the piece dynamics and make Spidey look threatening, which I always find difficult to pull off. Your line weight variation is good as well, lending the piece depth and structure.
Not much to criticize here, really - his right hand looks a bit off, and I'm generally not a fan of the coloring here, but you didn't do the colors, so...
