The Region of Order has always utilized particularly cruel methods in order to force obedience from the populace. The Adjudicators specialized in breaking down even the strongest Syndicate members into totally compliant shells of their former selves. One such expert at this process was Rouge, a fiendishly merciless Red Adjudicator that was specifically appointed by Yelitza, Lieutenant Commander of the Region of Order. Anyone left in Rouge's custody would surely submit to whatever terms were demanded of them in short order. Tormented screams for mercy merely fueled her, the only thing that would save her victims would be nothing short of total surrender in the Allegiance's favor. The latest victim was named Andrea, a woman whose resolve was completely shattered. Her eyeliner was streaking down her face from hours of crying for respite. Now trapped deep beneath the Region of Order's Fortress Prison, nobody would be coming to save her.

"Please, Lady Yelitza, I gave Rouge everything she asked for, please make the torture stop! I pledge allegiance to you, just let me go, please!" Andrea begged with desperation in her voice.

"Is this true?" Yelitza asked, glancing over to the imposing Red Adjudicator standing behind her.

"Oh, that's not even the half of it, Lady Yelitza," Rouge began. "She gave up everything we asked for and then some. We now know the location of seven Syndicate safe-houses within our region. She screamed your name at the top of her lungs in the hopes that you would come down here and stop me. She even started to ask for specific things I wanted answers to; a truly broken soldier kneels before you."

Yelitza smirked in response to the good news, looking back to Andrea.

"Now... what to do with you?"

"I'll serve your every whim, Lady Yelitza, absolutely anything you ask, I'll do it," Andrea cried, her voice breaking as she spoke. "Please don't kill me... I don't want to die!"

"Heh... maybe I'll keep you as a cute little pet. Hard to believe you used to be the commander of a Syndicate strike team. You really are a broken soldier."
