Is this a refurbishment? Because I'm writing this critique under the impression that you made this head from scratch... If it is a refurnishment, do you have before pictures?
Positives: the shapes and foam work are defined, it's not a ball of fur. Seams look nicely brushed out, and the shaving job is okay. It's a bit lumpy in spots, but passable all around.
Negatives: The only real negatives I see are the expression and the teeth. The expression is reading as "meh" to me. Is he supposed to be chilled out, or...? The teeth seem pretty awkward to me. From far away, they blurr into a heavy white bar. Since there are so many, it almost looks like they are weighing the character's jaw down.
Nit picks: the eyes are goo for the most part, but could be a bit cleaner, the feathers don't look that sturdy

Scissors probably caused the lumpy shaving as I didn't have access to a dog shaver at the time D:
