- HISTORY: Coo was born and raised in the Burned Tower. She was the youngest child, brought up as the only Rattata in a family of Quilava siblings.
She had a strong bond with her Father, A Typhlosion. The Family would play and train in the higher levels of the tower, When The Father was off duty as a cop. Some Strain began to happen whenever the family felt protective of Coo for being smaller and more susceptible to status conditions, this created a stubborn streak that will last with her throughout her life.
However, one day there was an "accident," the remains of the old building gave way. Plenty of resident pokemon became injured, rumors would spread, blaming The Family for the whole fiasco. It was her parents' final wish for her to find a safe place, while growing up strong along the way.

A few months passed, and Coo could not bring herself to really leave the Ecruteak, despite the now painful memories left behind. Eventually though, She had a total personality change, and she found hope in the choice of getting away to a new life in a different town, that "safe place" her parents mentioned. It sounded quite wonderful, indeed. Of course, meanwhile, She didn't really know where to go that would be good enough. She lived with her siblings until She found the right place.

She finally heard of a nice, just opening town called Pokette, and decided to set off. Along the way, Coo found a seemingly abandoned baby sewaddle, that "Looked like it could use a new start as well," Who she named Saige.

To this day, Coo still strives to follow the two lessons each parent taught her; Face your problems head on, and Be nice and considerate of others. One day, she hopes to reunite with them after they become ghost pokemon. She still keeps in touch with her siblings.
