The file is quite large (5MB) , so it might take a while to load or lag like there's no tomorrow. Just be patient
I'm not sure how useful this actually is
I'm hoping that this will be helpful to those of you who want to start animating your emotes 
This is my first tutorial, so any kind of feedback would be much appreciated ^^ Also, if you make any animations using this tutorial, I would very much like to see them :>

hm....ok..i got the animation made...but i save it...and try to see it....it doesnt move...

You have to save it as an animated gif ^^

the format is .gif
But in some programs you might have to specify it to be an animated gif.

hmm. i use CS3...so when i saved it as a gif...the thing wudnt move...i checked for the animated option...still no dice...i got the animation to work. lol in my frustration i forgot thank you for ur tutorial. most helpful sir. but yea...getting the animation saved is a mother....

Ok, check if there is an export option and choose that instead of save. ^^
That's what I do in Fireworks CS3, don't know if it's the same in whatever program you are using.

ah i use Photoshop CS3. i tried saving it as a movie. which it did...but the preview is all fudged...tried saving it as pictures...and i get a different picture for each frame. when viewed and skip through the images quickly..yes he looks like hes moving...but i cant keep it together.....hmm might try fireworks.

Well I know that many people make emotes in Photoshop so it is possible.. but I have no idea how :<

That looks great
The walking does seem a bit jaggy though, which I think you can fix by moving the face a bit when he's touching the ground.
But everything else looks lovely. Good job ^^

niice. i made the frames necessary.. i have them in me photoshop cs3 (i have extended).. but i have no idea how to convert em to a gif... :S heeeeeeelp!!!
