hey kiddies,
these guys here are some character concepts for a project i was trying to get together with some buddies my first semester at otis. i wanted to shoot a short film, throw some visual effects in there, and go through the whole production phase.

the basis of the film was that it would be set in a semi futuristic cyberpunk environment (if you are familiar with that genre) we all got together and had all these insane ideas. and we started concepting, and drawing. and we were just banging out drawing after drawing. soon enough, things were out of controll. we had this crazy world with all these characters, and a shooting script that we never would have been able to do.

things got too big! the project has temporarily been shelved. it was a good experience though. doing independant work with a group of kids outside of school time. everyone that joined the group did a bunch of great work, and it was fun while it lasted.

from left to right, we have the female punk gang leader (and love interest to alec, mentioned later), two random punk characters, and alec the protaganist of the story.
