This is a great concept...
I love the silhouette...
I like the DOF... very dramatic...
Your focus would have been more impacting had it actually been on an object... like something sticking out of the bricks or a streetlamp...
Also, angling your perspective to allow more of the bricks to be seen would have created some great lines in the picture...
The tone of the picture is excellent... very mysterious...

I love this shot. You used a great point of reference for focus. Not on her, not on the start of the brick wall but somewhere in between. It's bright and sunny outside, but dark where she is. Her hair looking slightly unkept makes an otherwise attractively figured girl look distraught...or pensive.
The area has no garbage to get a sense of the smell of urine and such, but the shot has a very dark look to it and tiled floor looks dirty.
