Description
Mermaid Daphne at the Lab (2011)A transformed Daphne - perhaps welcoming a new arrival to the tank at Dr. Thelodontis' Lab.

This was meant to be just a quick image to try and get back into doing anything again. It didn't take that long to do - but it still took far longer than I'd wanted it to.

Daphne is one of those characters that would look good wearing nothing but a burlap sack. Those redheads...

Nice! The style looks very much like the cartoon! Interesting pose for her in her mermaid state, underwater!

I wanted a "classic" Daphne pose... and this was about as classic as they come...

That's true, the standing with her swiveled hip, hands on them, is a typical pose for her! Only, she's not standing now! LoL
I also liked how her hair is now floating and waving in the tank!

It's really quite good, and shows your maturing technique. You're getting more confident and doing new things, quite successfully.

Who's Dr. Thelodontis? Have we seen him?
Mayhaps this [link] is another glimpse into his lab?

Well, no... we haven't actually seen him yet. He's been mentioned once or twice, but that's about it. As for the link... could be!
