LupinIII- I was first and he was made due to a guy who wanted to make a Lupin VIII series, after getting a no from Monkey Punch
Inspector Gadget- And I am the more well known show so take that.

Would be a fun mashup, indeed Β Β -even more interesting for the Inspector Gadget series counterparts, which I have always found a bit dull and uselessly repetitives in the original series -well, it's just a matter of taste, you know...Β
Ironically... as the authors from "Inspector Gadget" were initially have the early-aborted-project to adapt a Lupin III sequels, known as Lupin XIII aka "Arsène et compagnie" in their foreign language -to bad, this project was cancelled, but some very minor elements were reused in the "Inspector Gadget" tv-show, if we pay attention  .
