Crazy good! Nice use of tones + colours, ridiculous amounts of detail particularly on the shadows. Much <3 for the details on the face. Mind my asking what software you used for this and what brushes?

Nice, like the dark shade of red, it looks a lot more creeper then the bright tones they normally use in comics. The darker red gives him a more disturbing animalistic feel.

Ok, seriously. Do you make your own brushes? If not - what the heck did you use to get this effect? You really pulled of that nice painterly look, and red skull is one of my favorites so double whammy!

PS comes with some custom brushes so I used a little bit of that. I mainly used the regular round default brush though. I just decreased the Fade to about 70. This whole piece was sort of an experiment to see if I could achieve a true painterly look instead of some photoshop traditional hybrid. I'll show a tutorial on BlogTv on how I achieve this look very soon though.
