it looks nice, i really like that illusion in the shading for the folds of the dress, and the way you got the sheen in the hair. I can't help but think you could have gone deeper in the shadows for her skin. I know her beauty makes her glow but she still has some darkness where the light isn't facing her XD Also i always wondered, do you do these from nothing or do you have a picture you use as reference?

I guess you're right about the shading, she looks a bit flat indeed.
And yes, I always use references photos, three different ones for this drawing.
