Very good shading and colouring. At a first glance the head looks a little small, but I think it's fine since her body is supposed to be oversized.

On top of that, someone else got her to promise that she would stop doing that, yet she quickly got back to it. For the way she behaves I strongly believe she's got some serious brain damage, which I'm willing to guess includes memory loss, I'd say.
