I think it's one of my best personal work and in 3D, I loved all of this landscape. Use programs like Sketchup 8 Vue and Photoshop 9.5 CC.
It has a base and rendering all the rest are details in PS.

There is some parts you can tell are photo shopped but its the good type of photo shop ^~^

The game was so overrated, it should've been arrested on charges of reckless arrogance.
That having been said, this pic is actually pretty cool. The edges of things are too straight, a sadly VERY common problem with all forms of 3D art, but it's still pretty good.
