Drawn in manga format, read right to left.
Finally the epic clash fans have been waiting for finally kicks off.
*phew* I can't tell you how annoying this page was.
~zexous did an amazing job with the character poses and and overall making them look as epic as possible, but it sucked when I had to go in and do all the speed lines. X_X I hate doing those things! XD But every comic needs them for emphasis, and that's the point of this page. Also I had to redo all the dynamic shading and add some as well, not too fun if you ask me.
By the way, I know it looks a bit weird that Flare is carrying his sword in his left hand and then suddenly it's in his right. There's a move in Fencing when you switch your holding hand to block and oncoming attack, and because Flare's sword style is based on Fencing, well you can get the rest. XD

Next week's page will be kinda late, as I had to wipe my computer out to fix it of a virus problem, and that means I lost my copy of PS CS3 >_<; I'm sorry to the fans for this.

first id like to say how you 2 have outdid yourselfs on this page, the poses are dynamic and powerful and the shading gives it a lot of life

Unfornatley, this wouldnt be a critique without some friendly helpful criticism, the speed lines some weird, not bad, just weird though there are a pain so again i wont hold it against ya
in conclusion i think its a great page, good tension building in previous scenes build up to this great climax with a lot of effort to make it as dramatic as possible

The poses and the shading is just wonderful... I love the overall look of this page. I think you did a great job on the speed lines personally. 
I think I could stare at this page for hours if I had the time, just to soak all the detail in.

Great fighting scene we have here! Looks like they finally decided to solve the issue with the force
I don't like speed lines either. That and sound effects @_@ Anime style uses them all the time though, plus it saves the time, 'cause you don't need the detailed background, so we better to learn how to do this! O_o;

Yea speedlines can be pretty hard sometimes, I still don't a good enough grasp of them, to do them effectively, though for my first time doing them, I think it was okay. Well maybe not "first time," but you know. XD
I'm really glad you think so, I'm always second guessing myself on the comic and if continuing it is a good idea or not, but getting comments like yours always brings my spirit back.

Looks great but the sword switching thing wasn't th weird part lol cause to me the weird thing is that the left hand in the firt panel holding the sword looks like its just floating cause i can't see where his arm connects lol It's an invisible floating hand! lol
