I love that character, his eyes are really interesting (and look fun to draw), also awesome clothes, you've got a talent for drawing fantastic outfits. Hats always seem difficult to get right but its pulled off with ease here 8D
That is some smooth animation on the minigun, and the jerking frame really makes it look like honest kickback. Great detail with the lighting too :3
